To install Adaptis on a car, you need to choose a place where the magnets are reliably attached to the roof of your car. Ensure that there is no wind effect during movement. Securely attach, check that the magnets fit tightly. Pull the wire into the interior of the car so that it is not interrupted by the elements of the body, connect it to the router, which is powered by the on-board network.

There are two types of complete sets. The first - with magnetic fasteners. We recommend this type of Starlink modification for installation on buses with a plastic roof. The second configuration is stationary with aluminum guides.

To fasten the set on the magnetic fasteners, you will need a metal galvanized plate - 1.5 mm, which is glued to the roof with the help of silicone sealant.

If you are installing a fixed-mount kit, you use aluminum rails, attach to the roof of your bus with self-tapping screws, and seal with silicone sealant as well.

To run the cable in the middle of the bus, you need to drill a 6 mm hole in the roof of the bus. Then you run the cable from the middle of your bus, crimp the connector according to the RJ45 type B instructions and put on the sealed connector. A skilled electrician will quickly deal with this. A special pad is used to prevent inward leakage.

If the bus has an air conditioning system on the roof, the wire can be routed through the power supply shaft. If you do not plan to use the hatch, you can clamp the cable once.
